About Senior Living

I got my first bylined story published at age 8 in the “Aunt Elsie” column of the Oakland Tribune (in California) and I’ve been hooked on writing and publishing ever since. For over 30 years, I’ve earned my living as a nonfiction writer in public relations, government affairs, and marketing for providers of senior living and long-term care.
I am a communicator, highly motivated to promote programs, services, products, and stories I believe in. I create blogs, articles, videos, and audio programming about the variety of housing and care available to adults age 55+.
Through Odd Jobs Ink, I produce content for providers of senior living for their PR or marketing purposes. Through Senior Living Foresight, I produce a podcast and write blogs to inform and inspire providers of housing and care to seniors. And, through my “Stories Worth Hearing” blog, I share tales of value about fascinating individuals and events. I hope you’ll visit often.
